As it's getting cold in New England, we're thinking back to this past summer and all the amazing concerts that stopped by Gillette Stadium in Boston that we were able to provide round trip transportation for. The concert season kicked off with AC/DC, then just kept rolling with Post Malone, George Straight, Morgan Wallen, and the concert that went viral...Coldplay. A group of friends used our crowd-powered group transportation service to travel together to the Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium, and their experience highlights how group travel can upgrade your entire event day.
To get a customer perspective about getting express service to Gillette Stadium, we asked a group who rode with us to Coldplay from Peabody to share their feedback. Rider Lindsay Cerra was nice enough to talk with us and share some photos from their groups experience too.
What was it like getting picked up by Boston Common Coach?
"We had a great experience with Boston Common Coach. The bus was right on time and had plenty of storage for our bags. The driver even had coolers with ice ready for us. "

What was it like when you arrived at the stadium?
"At the venue the staff set up tents, tables and chairs, games and speakers for us to use."

"It was perfect for tailgating!"

How was this ride to Gillette Stadium different from other events you've attended by driving or using the train?
"Boston Common Coach was much more convenient than taking the train or driving. It let us relax and tailgate and not have to worry about getting home."
The group enjoyed a full tailgate setup after arriving, allowing them to relax, hang out with other fans, and truly enjoy the day instead of dealing with traffic and parking.

There were lawn games available for fun too and the music was going to get the crowd ready for the show. They then walked about 5-7 minutes across the parking lot and through Patriot Place to the stadium entrance for an amazing show.
What happens after the show?
People make their way back to the vehicles in the designated parking lot, typically P10 at Gillette Stadium. Expect a slower walk back after the show when the crowd all leaves at the same time. Registered guests who have not unsubscribed from emails will also receive an email with a link to the vehicle location so they can easily follow it back to the exact location. Great for people not familiar with the area.
The vehicle, typically coach buses for major concerts and events, will depart either 1 hour after the event or sooner if everyone has returned to the vehicle. There is a vehicle on board the coach buses for when the vehicle is in use.
You'll get dropped off where you were picked up to make your way safely back and wrap up an exciting day of entertainment. We always appreciate when people let us be a part of making their event day a smooth Experience, whether that's a concert, a Patriot's game at Gillette Stadium, or if they ride with us for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Series games in June and July of 2026 at Gillette Stadium, which will be called Boston Stadium for these events.
